That’s right. 4 minutes should be more than enough time to throw together this recipe. In fact, in some circles, it is called a dump cake. The best part of this is that the blueberries are the same blue color of the stars in our beautiful American flag.

Last night, I was at a board game party and the hostess served this delicious desert with a choice or whipped cream or ice cream or maybe both. It was oh, so delicious!

If you don’t want to slave in the kitchen for hours, yet want something memorable for the 4th of July, I strongly suggest that you have Blueberry Crunch Desert.

Enjoy:

Blueberry Crunch Desert

Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish. Put pineapple, blueberries in pan; sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar. Pour dry cake mix over blueberry mixture then drizzle melted butter over the dry mix. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and chopped pecans. Do not stir. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes.

Fran, Now I love this easy recipe. Four minutes is doable for us. We've just got the blueberries coming in and what a great use for them. We've been doing lots of rubarb recipes. But we all love blueberries too. Great thing for our extra blues. Love it. Thanks as always.
