February 8, 2011 on All-Stars, a new television show on the OWN Network, Dr. Oz gave women who are struggling with wrinkles hope. The television segment was called “how to get rid of wrinkles and prevent skin cancer” with Dr Nicholas Perricone.
Lets begin with the DMAE cream or Dimethylethanolamine. Dr Nicholas Perricone said that by using DMAE Cream on your skin, you would almost immediately see a change in your skin and an increase in your skin’s radiance.
After showing the before and after picture, Dr. Oz stated “even better than some plastic surgery treatments for aging that I have seen!”
After researching this product, I found that it is very inexpensive. All you have to do is note (when you purchase a face cream), the ingredients. If the cream is not anything you are allergic to and it contains DMAE cream, then you are ready to begin your journey to a smoother face. How exciting is this?
Studies indicate that the antioxidant DMAE can function as a cell membrane stabilizing agent, reinforcing the skin's foundation of collagen and elastin, and that DMAE actually makes cells live longer and helps cells avoid dehydrating. By no coincidence, levels of DMAE in our cells drop drastically as we age. DMAE may also aid in healing scars, including acne scars. It helps flush excess lipofuscin from skin cells, which works to reduce aging spots. DMAE is necessary for the brain to produce the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Therefore, DMAE may aid in improving memory and preventing memory loss, and in keeping nerve cells health (antiaginglifestyle.com).
When I was researching DMAE Cream, I noted one web site that showed you how to make your own: http://www.ehow.com/how_5342105_make-own-dmae-cream.html.
Now, after making or purchasing your DMAE Cream, you must see that you consume watercress 3-5 times a day “in order to regulate good genes and eliminate different types of cancer, including skin cancer and breast cancer”
It seems that Watercress is full of iron, calcium, folic acid and antioxidants, and several universities have done studies showing how it could be cancer-suppressing. Also high in iodine, watercress is beneficial for those suffering from hypothyroidism.
I think tomorrow I will be purchasing watercress and DMAE Cream. How about you?

I'm so glad you wrote this. The D.C. I work for, and I watched this, but naturally there were interruptions as it was during work time. I do remember the mention of watercress....so thanks for all the details! For once something that is easy and affordable!
