I'm going to give you a quick recap of last week's show. The four contestants that remained on the ranch had to prepare for the hardest time of all. They had to go home and live a healthy lifestyle, lose more weight, while being away from Jillian and Bob, they're trainers. This is always a huge test when they have to diet and training on their own. That was last week and now for this week. Are you ready?

He did it. He won! He lost 239 pounds. Danny wan $250,000. He stated that no one recognized him anymore. I don't recognize him anymore. He looks incredibly different his face is so slim. Congratulations Danny on a job well done.

. The two people who fell below the yellow line were Amanda and Liz. America voted for Amanda to be in the final three. Thee final three competing for the biggest loser were the Amanda Danny and Rudy.

The "at home" winner was Rebecca, who looked so different, I never would have recognized her. Not only did she look sleek in her miniskirt, but she was sporting short blond hair. In my opinion, she was much prettier last week with her long dark brown hair. Also, I am not sure she is still dating Daniel because when she received her prize of $100,000, he was not the first person that she hugged.

Bob, one of the trainers, said one of the most defining moments was when Shay said she just wanted to be happy. Shay was also one of my favorites. When she came to the ranch she weighed over 400 pounds. She has lost quite a bit of a weight, but probably still has another hundred pounds to shed. It was announced that Shay had touched the lives and inspired many people. That is the reason Subway has offered Shay $1000 for each pound that she loses. She will then appear on next year's finale for The Biggest Loser .

Another big moment on the show was she Antione got down on his knees and proposed to Alexandra. Together, these two have been on the weight-loss journey together at the biggest loser ranch.. Both were crying so much, they could hardly speak.

Abbey was another who touched my heart. She lost her husband and two small children in a car accident. Now, through a big smile, she let the world know "there is always hope and the light inside her is on again."

I think all the contestants were the biggest winners.

What a great season of contestants, everyone had an inspiring story... I wish all reality TV was inspiring in this way.
