Cool, Clear Water

The shadows sway, and seem to say,

Tonight we pray for water.

Cool, clear water;

And way up there, He'll hear our prayer,

And show us where there's water.

Cool, clear water.

Dan's feet are sore he's yearnin' for

Just one thing more than water

cool, clear water

Like me I guess he'd like to rest

Where there's no quest for water

cool, clear water

(Old Folk Song by Bob Nolan)

I am sure that this cowboy would have been delighted to find Zephyrhills, known for it's deliciously health water. Zephyrhills Spring Water Company is known throughout American and even in other countries. The company was founded in 1961 by Don Robinson.

Since this rolling and beautiful town was founded, tourists have been coming to experience not only clean air but also good drinking water. Many pulled their trailer homes to a park in or near Zephyrhills not only for the warm climate, but also for the tasty Zephyrhills water.

Good Water Sought after for Good Health

In today's society, bottled water has taken a front seat. It is convenient to take to exercise classes, shopping, work, or just keeping it in the car to sip while you are on the road. It is zero calories but full of healthy minerals.

Health and fitness experts remind us that we need at least 8 glasses of water per day. About 70% of our body consists of water. It carries nutrients to cells and transports wastes out of the body. We also need water for metabolism, digestion, detoxification and even our brain. Some researchers have suggested that the lack of water could possibly cause mental depression.

In summary, we could not exist without the thirst quenching substance we call, "water."

Zephyrhills Water Makes Contributions to Society

It is a good feeling to know that our own Zephyrhills water is given to others in situations such as hurricanes. Nestle Waters North Americs said " In times of emergencies, we're doing our part providing helping hands and bottled water when a community's water supplies are interrupted. We're proud of the times we've been able to offer disaster relief and replenish the spirits of our neighbors in need."

Sarah Piperato of Nestle Waters North America states in a recent press release: "More than 1,000,000 bottles of water donated to date to citizens and volunteer relief workers affected by hurricanes Ide and Gustav."

Thanks, Zephyrhills Water for sharing our own " Cool, Clear Water."
